Returned after 11 years away and this place truly crushes it. Get the fried rice every time, as an extra item... You'll thank yourself. The ramen is superb, love watching the kitchen team work their magic.

I came here after going to Marufuku in walnut creek and having the absolute worst ramen of my life. I had to get that garbage taste out of my mouth. Ramen shop accomplished that mission. The ramen egg was eggcellent. It was fully seasoned with a cured yolk. If you zoom in on the egg you can tell the texture of the white wasn't perfect but I think that is just part of making them in mass quantities for a restaurant. The noodles were very good. Good texture and good snap. The broth was creamy and rich. I ate everything, including the soup. I very much enjoyed that it looks like they took a torch to the chashu to give it a good charr which elevated it to another level. Really made it stand out from other chashu at other ramen shops. Definitely recommend eating here. Some of my favorite ramen in the east bay.

We had an incredible experience here! Finding a place that pairs top-tier food with a genuinely welcoming environment for families can be a challenge, but this spot nailed it. The Food: The vegetarian/vegan ramen was absolutely delicious. It was rich, deeply flavorful broth, perfect noodles, and beautifully prepared toppings. It's easily some of the best vegetarian/vegan ramen around. The Vibe: Exceptionally kid-friendly without sacrificing the great atmosphere. The Service: What really blew us away was the staff's incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our kids feel special, even turning a simple drink order into a small theatrical performance to ensure it was poured exactly 50/50 between two cups. Fantastic food, wonderful team, and an all-around great spot for parents and plant-based foodies alike. We will absolutely be back!

Phenomenal chicken shoyu ramen and black sesame ice cream sandwich. Also not pictured but ordered tempura veggies and pickled cabbage to share, great apps! Also would like to highlight the outstanding service from Alicia! She checked on our table several times after ordering and was very warm and polite. All in all, one of my favorite ramen places in the east bay!

We sat at the counter. Watching the cooks prep dishes was very interesting. They had a good flow and good communication while working very quickly to get dishes out. We ordered crispy full belly bintje potatoes to start - it was served piping hot so be careful. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The curry sauce was mild enough for me to handle. The pickled carrots had a crisp freshness to them. I had a Under the Cherry Moon mocktail with Hokkaido miso ramen. I also tried a bite of the Liberty Farms duck shoyu ramen. Everything was highly flavorful. The noodles had a good bite to them. The ratio of noodles, toppings, and broth was just right. And no cheap bean sprout fillers.
